From the proliferation of reviews by both Bill and Andy on this site I assume I may be the only one who is finding it hard to get in a good bit o’ sleaze lately. So in an effort to stay relevant to the fun had here, I’d like to introduce a new concept to Shameful Cinema called Shameful Shorties.

A Shorty will be an abbreviated review of films not necessarily worthy of a full-blown blog entry. This will help me as a budding reviewer/writer keep writing without getting bogged down in a much longer essay. While I’m capable of churning one out every now and then, sometimes the films I watch are neither shameful nor fun to write about. I’ve tried a few reviews since my last entry and become either frustrated at my lack of ability to remember specific quotes and character names or have felt unfunny and downright uncreative. I don’t claim to be a “writer”, so please excuse this crutch I’m creating for myself. For Stewart’s 2 cents (and anyone else’s for that matter) on both mainstream fare and other consumed media stay tuned for Shameful Shorties…
